PiperIt's been an incredibly busy 6 weeks since I posted last, as we lost our little terrier, MacGuyver, when he got hit on the road. We were heartbroken, and after just a few days, we looked at each other and said 'yep, we need to find a puppy again'--not just for us, but as a companion for our older beagle, Suzy. So the search began. Just before Thanksgiving, little Piper came to live with us, and she is a pure joy. Teething on me, the carpet, and anything she can get her little terrier teeth on--but she's a little doll! I still miss Mac--but she's such a cuddler, and learning things so fast! (And it's incredibly hard to type with a puppy on the desk in between me and the keyboard! LOL)
Basketball has started at our local school, and that's always a lot of fun. I keep the scorebook for our girls' team, and it has me on the run usually twice a week to their games. I love watching them develop into better players as the season goes on! GO LADY TIGERS!
